Elvara™ 30-Day Return Policy

At Elvara™, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Proof of purchase or order number is required.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be tried on only — not worn for extended periods
  • Must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition
  • Free from stains, odors (perfume, deodorant), or damage
  • Original tags and packaging must be included where possible
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Order Cancellation

Orders begin processing immediately and cannot be cancelled after placement. However, once your item is delivered, you may request a return within the 30-day window.


Chargebacks and Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with your order, we ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback.
Chargebacks made without prior communication may result in the return and refund policy being voided.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us immediately. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return it and place a new order for the item you’d like.


Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and approving your return.
